Received 1Gb free data only to be charged

So a week or so ago, I received a call from Vodacom's section of Hello Peter. The person who spoke to me, forgot his name, was very polite and told me because I struggled for 8 weeks to get my phone repaired at Vodacom's outlet and Vodacom Insurance did not want to pay out the claim for a new phone, they would give me 1Gb data free of charge for the next 6 months and that I would only pay 50% of my bills for the one number for the next 6 months. Turns out that Vodacom has charged me 1Gb worth of data on my other device which is strange as the line cuts off when the 500Mb monthly limit is used up as per contract. They have sent me an itemized billing report which reflects that the entire 1Gb was used only on one day where as we have uncapped WiFi at home and this data was apparently used on a Saturday morning at 09:00 when we were still at home... Does not make sense. So now after struggling for 8 weeks to get my phone repaired Vodacom has once again proved themselves to be more of a problem than a solution. When will this end and do you want me to fight yet another 8 weeks in order for you to sort out this mess?!? Note that from this day frwrd I will reach out to ICASA immediately
