Vodacom is really useless....im writing for the second time they are falling to assist me after i made a full payment on my business fibre....they suspended my profile and when they had to recconect me they send me to all department's that are also failing to assist instead they added anorthr contract on my name,they don't listen to a client they jus rush to cut you off...please can this reach to the ryt department I'm sick and tired my internet is not working and they will be deducting the money for service I'm not using...all i need is to be reconnected im currently working from home i don't hv network because of them...please asssist

The contract was deleted due to nonpayment of which you explained the challenges faced regarding the connectivity issues experienced since the contract inception.
As advised to get another contract, a normal vetting process will be followed. We unfortunately cannot confirm if you will get the same deal you had signed up for previously.
