De javu! Honestly I'm starting to think that my interaction with this network provider is cursed. Today I woke up to a debit order deduction for a contract I long cancelled. Mind you, they are no longer even supposed to deduct from my account as I long cancelled the debit order and was paying cash. The agent I spoke to was of no help at all, no surprises there of course. Nxa please refund my money, I'm honestly getting sick and tired !
