REALLY!!! You think the consumer is stupid...

On the 26th of February, posted a complaint with regards to breach of contract. The same day Vodacom called me to apologise for the inconvenience and full of promises to rectify and sort the data bundle out. The lady that I spoke to was stating a credit here and a credit there and activating the data. I asked her to put it in email for me, but needless to say she did not, Vodacom did however credited my account with the usage but not the full amount as she stated, in actual fact they split it over two months and send me an sms to say that they cannot credit or refund me the bundle that I bought via vodacom's self help - not through a service provider. But the best is a month down the line and I had to spent another 55 minutes on the phone trying to sort out the original data issue that again mysteriously is not active on my contract, and you cannot speak to someone in a superior position, you need to follow the food chain and explain your story to every Tom, **** and Harry. I was promised feedback and answer still today from Thabo Kwinda at customer care , but again I am left to hang out dry. So please Vodacom, stand up and sort out the issue or should we go the legal route?
