REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM SKYNET

To whom it may concern

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Skynet a courier company you guy use firstly my package gets shipped from you guys to Elandsfontein from there it went to Witbank then it got scanned and everything went well it even got scanned that it's on its way to me just for my wife to be called to come and fetch it at a certain point were the driver were and when she came there the driver told here JOH I forgot it at the depo now I mean how the ........ Do you get that right after you scanned it to be loaded and it's a pretty big box it's not a charger I upgraded to then the guy have the audacity to tell here that it would be delivered today that would be saterday they aren't even open on a saterday so the gentlemen don't even know his own working hours or he just decided to lie how can you guys use people like this I could have had my parcel already now I have to wait because Monday is a public holiday I hope and pray they are working.

Please I need some reassurance from Vodacom on how and when I'll receive my package because this isn't the way you do service.
