really really disgusted by your accounts department

this is the most disgusting thing ever, this is worst than cell c.

I received my statement and i noticed that the debit order of R499 for the month on november did not go through, now im sitting with a bill of R998. I called the bank and they confirmed that no debit order went through.

1.I called in and spoke to Felicia, she told me that my account has been changed to cash payment. i did not arrange anything of that sort. Clearly things get changed with out the knowledge of the account holder. Why is this happening??? i have no idea.

After i spoke to Felica the conclusion was a debit order will go through on the 1st December for the amount of R998, did that go through you ask??? NO (this was arranged a week ago +/-)

2.And then today 1st December 2016, i called the account department again i spoke to a lady with a xhosa accent and she basically count no assist me with anything at all, (she didnt even see the arrangement that i made with Felicia), all she did is put me through to another department and then the call got disconnected.

3.3rd time i called again and i spoke to Malebo and again i repeated the same story and again, she couldnt assist me, what she did instead is put me through to another person, this time i spoke to a guy and again i had to repeat the very same story again, instead this time the guy did not understand my problem i had to repeat it.

After alot of misunderstanding he finally understood and we came to a conclusion that i want the debit order to go off on the next debit order date. I want the full amount to be taken off. i then asked the guy to send me an email to say that on this specific date the debit order will go through, he told me he cant sent me an email, i told him that he is telling me ******* and i asked him to put me through to his manager so he can sent me that confirmation email.....and then he did not put me through to his manager, instead he put me through to Gloria.

4. Again i had to repeat the story to Gloria, strange that Gloria could see the arrangement that Felicia put on the system for the debit order to go through today 1st Dec 2016and again Felicia did not follow my instruction i told her to do the debit order, what she did she did a cash arrangement , now bear in mind that i spoke to a few people before i got through to Gloria and no one absolutely nobody could see this in the sytem.

Now here comes the master piece, i asked Gloria to give me an email address for a manager on duty so i can speak to him/her and complain about all this redicious service i received from the staff. She was kind enough to give me a email address. i emailed Zolile and i asked if i can have the contact number because i want to speak to him/her its rather urgent. Zolile basically told be in not so many words to '**** off and call the call centre. If this is the service you get from a manager then im not so suprised if the staff are like that as well. This is very appauling and i really cant accept such service. Is Zolile Ndunge really a manager or is this another stunt to hide our complaints from the real manager????

i dont understand why did i have to get such greef about something that is really not my problem???? The debit order didnt go off i mean there was money in my account. Is that my problem?? Changes where made on my account without any confimation from me the account holder...is that my problem??

On my statement the address is changed....Did i arrange this??? No

i am annoyed and irritated beyond measure.

Vodacom account department is just a good example of a joke! Im disgusted....sies!
