Really poor Vodacom network connection
It has been over a month that I have queried the network quality in our area and there has been no improvement. It was said that a known fault was being attended to and that it would be resolved, however that was more than a month ago. As a result, calls don't come through or they do but cannot be heard or the other party on the call cannot hear you. It is incredibly frustrating and definitely not the type of service expected from Vodacom. I do have another contract phone with Cell C and it is miles better. I am even considering porting my numbers from Vodacom to another provider. It is also experienced by others in our neighborhood.

Well here we are, more than 2 months later ???? and still no better. I have logged another problem/query/issue It's at the point where I have no idea why I am paying for a service because there is no service. I have people not being able to get hold of me. The phone doesn't even ring it just goes straight to voice mail. When I am speaking to someone the connection is terrible. Most of the conversation is made up of "can you hear me???"
This is absolutely atrocious non existent service!!!
I have posted this privately, however if it is not resolved it will go public again.
Please do your job as a cellphone network provider!!
The new case number I loaded is ***
