Really pathetic service shop run by *****

Never have I experienced such bad service as I have from Vodacom shop Pavilion. It is run by a bunch of *****. I say ***** because I wanted to purchase cash a LG G4 stylus from the shop and i phoned through for a price and availability as i love quite a distance from the pavillion. They quotes me R3699 and I asked why because off Vodacoms website its around R3400, the salesman said no problem I must come in and they will be more than happy to match the price, so here is asshole me travels 50km to the store walk in and ask for the salesman who then turns around and says sorry the price is R3699 because off Vodacoms website they take 7 days to deliver, and as the salesman says coupled with some **** about the returns warranty if they did give me a better price, so in other words its okay for a vodacom shop to lie to their customers and waste their time like that, I'm sorry but it doesn't work in my book. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE. Highly peeved off. <br> <br> Its because vodacom takes so long to repair phones that i had to purchase a new device your 21 days vs mtn 14, really I have absolutely had enough of vodacom, 16 years a customer and this will be my last.
