Really pathetic bad service
I have upgraded one of my contracts to a A11 + watch. The only sent me the phone, i call them the same day and said that they did not send the watch. The manager told me that they will collect the phone and send the correct items. I told her it was for my daughter birthday on 7th Monday. I phone again Wednesday and ask when they are going to collect it, a the person said after a while the same manager will call me and arrange for the pick up and she have not.
