REALLY NOW???
I always love the enthusiasm of your sales guys .... trying their darndest to up sell a person ... and then you make the dreaded mistake of doing it! You must tell your sales guys the reason people dont give them half a chance is because no matter how good they are its the service DELIVERY that fails dismally! It has been 2 months .... it has taken vodacom 2 months to do a router after fiber installation ... and the best thing is ITS STILL NOT DONE... I am on the phone now with a lovely lady called Elisabeth ... and explained to her that im not putting this phone down till i get an answer cause phoning in daily does not help ... sending mails get no response .... sending messages on FB to you guys get no reaction ... so just testing my avenues to see what it will take to get you guys to complete the sales pitch .... 38 minutes holding and counting ....
