Really fed up now

In May, I cancelled my contract with Vodacom as it had lapsed and I wasn't really happy with it. I was suckered into renewing it. But, after nearly a month and no handset, I complained on Facebook, Xolani spoke to me and it was agreed that I would indeed cancel. Last month, Vodacom tried to charge me for the service that was cancelled. Luckily, I had already stopped the debit order. Now, Vodacom is sending threatening emails.

fix your issues, look after your customers. I have a contract with Cell C and with Telkom and between them I don't get half as much grief as Vodacom has caused.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT CALLS, EMAIL ONLY
