I went to store to get data sim for my tablet. The salesman talked me in to taking a R149 p/m sim with a phone. When he asked me for the sim fee of R105 he told me that if I go draw the money and give it cash he will give me discount. I only have to pay R80. I went to bank got the money and went to pay. As I was already 30min over my lunch time I rushed back to work and finished my day. When I got back home that evening I gave the phone to my wife. When I looked in the bag I saw a tax invoice. It was only made out for R5. When my wife switched the phone on she told me that there are blue lines on the display. Three lines always stayed but more kept coming and going. At one time there where eight. The next day I took the phone back as the salesman told me that I have a seven day exchange policy. After about an hour AF arguing I left the store with the broken phone as they insist that the phone must of been dropped. I know it was not but could not afford to have it sent in to have looked at. I was going out of town for some time. Now I have problems with my debit order not going off. The say insufficient funds. After 4 phone calls and a statement taken to a store the problem is still not solved. The one lady told me I must go pay it in myself at the store or bank otherwise it will reflect on my credit score ant the line will be cut and that there is now R100 extra charges on my account for bounced debit order. I asked for details to be sent and still waiting. The store told me that I can't make the payment by them.
