Really Disappointed
<p>I have been without the use of my Vodacom Contract Since the 5th Of april, where my contract was suspended because I apparently hit my credit limit, because I decided to Support Vodacom, and get an LTE Mobile Router on contract from them as well,</p> <p>I have phoned Customer Service two days in a row, and the same thing happens yet again,</p> <p>I called Vodacom @ 6pm, they said that the limit was increased, and it shouldn't happen again,</p> <p>at 19:40 my account is yet again, suspended, and I am just about to give up with it now.</p> <p>I moved away from FNB Connect, to Vodacom. Due to the LTE,<br />Now I can't even use that due to a suspension, yet my account is not in Arrears,</p> <p>Sad to say if I knew this was going to happen I would not have Gotten the LTE Router, because being able to make calls is more important to me than being on the internet.</p>

10 May 2017, 21:28I phoned in again today due to my contract being suspended again, and they lifted the suspension.
I had to phone first, no one tried calling me, so far my contract is still active. So time will tell.
