Really BAD service... or should i say NO SERVICE!

Having trouble since August 2015 to resolve a proplem with exchanging talking point. When I call the operator cant assist me ever! They log a call or so they say and no one ever phones you back to resolve the issue snd then you even get n dont care**** attitude, the sipervisors gives you the same **** attitude it seems between the call centre and it no one is compitent to do their job or know whats going on around them! The calls dissapear but please dont blame the operator who push the keyboard buttons... beacause \it wasn't me"! After about 20 calls since August i still get NO SERVICE today aftet 3 calls and promises to resolve it today still... i still have the same problem and REALLY"
