Really bad service from vodacom

This is now the third time I'm posting about vodacom. Every time they is just problem after a other problem with them I did cancel my contract with them then they extended my contract now they want me to pay for contract cancellation after my contract ended. A Mr Faheemadeen Avat email me and said he will sort it out and I can email anytime I have emailed he but no response from him. I'm so ****ed off with vodacom it's not funny if being a loyal customer for years. But now I can kick my own butt for ever having a contract with them.
