Ready to let go of vodacom

I have seen so many customers complaints about vodacom, I wanted to write a review and also complain about the service I’ve received from vodacom but one thing is clear , it doesn’t matter how many times we people complain vodacom will never do anything to improve. I guess this is the problem with being a business giant. We need more smaller company who will give this big companies sleepless nights. I now know for sure that when someone shows you who they are believe them. Lesson learned Vodacom. You’ve been showing me your true colours for over 20 years and now I’m ready to let you go.
