Ready to leave Vodacom completely

I contacted Vodacom on the 3rd June to cancel a contract I was not using. They sent me a quote to pay to end the contract. I printed this and took it along with my ID and made payment at my Cellucity store. Cellucity forwarded the info to vodacom and all was meant to be in order. From that day going forward I kept receiving calls from vodacom to upgrade my account which was confusing, I then got billed again for the account beginning of July so I contacted Vodacom again and the person on the line confirmed the contract would be ending. During July I have kept on receiving calls from Vodacom to upgrade the line, and when I say I canceled it they respond to say that this info is not on the system. I called Vodacom again on the 22nd July asking about the cancelation, I was told there was no cancelation and that the cancelation quote I received had expired. I then told the guy I paid the quote within 2 days of receiving it, then he said Oh ok now he can see the POP. He then said he would escalate the matter and someone would call me. I have since had no call but have sent 2 emails and called Vodacom again only to be told the matter takes up to 7 days to be dealt with. I just want the account closed and not to be debited again for something I dont want since I paid the cancelation fee beginning of June already!
