READ THIS Vodacom - Public Banners here we go

Sony Z3c cracked by itself after being hot in top pocket. Took phone in on 24th, was sent to ARC in JHB. Today I call, Sibu told me there is a quote of R768.91 to fix phone. I told her that Vodacom told me they received a bulletin from Sony admitting to this being a common problem and that Sony will do the assessment. The phone never fell or anything, this is a mul-function which i need to pay for. Googling this i found this is actually a known problem across the globe. I will NOT be paying for phone to be fixed, I want VODACOM to fix this as the phone is not even 3 months old. I gave Sibu a heads up that i WILL be going public with that and will myself be doing a banner on a highway about this. I was told Neo the manager will be calling me. IF MY PHONE DOES NOT GET FIXED HIGHWAY BANNER HERE WE COME.!!! I AM BEING SERIOUS!!!
