Reactivations

My phone number was deleted, as I couldn't pay my account for 3 months (my fault), but I paid R2 900.00 and went into Menlyn branch to arrange for reactivation of my account and number. Almost 3 weeks later they phoned and wanted my marriage certificate (I have been with vodacom for 10 years...) I mailed it the same day, now it is almost another week later and my number is still not reactivated. I was billed over a R1000, on my account, but I haven't even used it. I just want my phone to be on again and my account to be sorted out. Thank you
