Reactivation of cellphone number

Hi, my name is Jabulani. I have a contract account with Vodacom acc. no: I ********** /5 which I failed to pay for two months resulting in my account and cellphone being deactivated. I then went toa Vodashop in Kolonnade Mall and app**** for reactivation. I was told that the whole process takes 5-7 working days for the number to be reactivated. 7 days passed and when I called vodacom collections call centre I was told that the idiots who assisted me at Vodashop failed to give me the second page which contains the terms and conditions. I was then faxed this page and I signed it and mailed it through to Vodacom collections and I received a reference number EC-041S-264HAE. After caling and calling I then spoke to a lady by the name of Sbongile who after some investigation advised me that my number will be reactivated on Tuesday the 14-06-2016. This failing to happen, I called vodacom again to enquire about my reactivation, at this time I spoke to Pravino who asked for a proof of payment when I asked who can I speak to as I want to escalate the matter further. He gave me his Supervisors email to send the proof of payment. When I called the Supervisor, I was told it might take another 7-14 working days for the number to be reactivated but then it can be on Monday.

I am highly confused and ****ed up about this ****, thos nonsense has been going on for too long now. If this **** service provider does not want to reactivate this number why can't they just tell me. The staff is all not knowing what the **** is going on. No one can tell me when my number will be working again. I have been using vodacom with same number for over a decade and this is the **** service they give. I want contacts to their highest office but they failed to give me. This vodacom is useless and people need to know about this, I will escalate this matter further on other social networks which I have already started with Facebook.
