REACTIVATE MY SIM CARD - BREACH OF CONTRACT - POOR

I have 2 contracts with Vodacom , one which recently lapsed and one still ongoing. I requested them to cancel the contracts upon expiry and convert my sim cards to prepaid. At the same time I also requested them to make sure that my SMS roaming continues working as I am overseas on an assignment.

None of my sim cards are working - they both reflect \NO SERVICE". To top all of this - I am still paying for one of the sim cards whose contract expires end of August. Therefore as I am not receiving any service from Vodacom this represents a breach of contract.

I have sent several emails requesting my sim cards to be reactivated and either the response comes after several weeks or there is no response at all. I was very explicit at the time of conversion that my sms roaming must continue working... but no one seems to have paid any attention to my request.

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for many years and I am very flabbergasted with the way they have handled my account:
1. Complete disregard of my initial request
2. Atrociously delayed responses
3. Breach of contract - I pay - they don't deliver!!!
4. Why am I still dealing with the same issue since April?
"""
