Reaching my call limit to contact Vodacom

Yesterday when i phoned one of the Vodashops in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, i ask a number to contact Vodacom, i explained why, the consultant told me that she has never heard of anything like 'reaching your limit' to call a free number of vodacom. After several attempts i made last night, i contacted Vodacom again, someone answered and told me this matter i complained about is under investigation. That i must wait and give Vodacom chance to get back to me. In the meantime, i cannot return/exchange device because no one can access my account. I have to wait until vodacom, who made this mistake, get back to me. In the meantime my upgraded number has not been allocated any airtime as per contract with Vodacom. I see a lot of posts from clients on hello peter, where Vodacom has not responded. Is this perhaps, because all Vodacom cares about is making money and not concerned about their customers. I have obtained a case number and was advised not to call again until Vodacom gets back to me. What i dont understand, if i picked up this incorrect arrears allocation, isnt there someone at Vodacom with higher authority who monitor accounts and who couldve picked up this issue of inccorrect arrears allocation. Or is it perhaps that Vodacom just give their staff free reigns and that there is no control over the issue of accounts/statements/invoices, that innocent people will pay because they didnt expect that this could be a mistake from Vodacom. Is there anyone at Vodacom that is taking their brand/name serious enough to follow up on all these complaints on hello peter to ensure that they do not get these negative reports? I am going to report this matter every day until this matter gets resolved. I have no other recourse than to force Vodacom's management to take accountability for all these negative reports they get which they also have not responded
