RE: Vodacom waterfront- battle for brand new phone - customer rights

I bought a Samsung A51 at the Vodacom store on the Waterfront. The screen protector which came with the phone was skew and the camera of the phone was not good/ as advertised. I returned to Vodacom on the Waterfront as was advised by Grant that the store needed to check it first and they did which they found the same issues. Then I was advised that it has to go the Manufacturer to inspect the phone and then give me credit. Grant then called me to advise me that the Manufacturer found no issue which I cannot understand as there are clearly issues. I called Samsung and they didn't seem to know about this and advised they would look into it. I was then advised that it would be looked at by the repairs guy in Canal Walk in Vodacom, Grant then called to advise that repairs found no issue. I took it upon myself to call the guy who looked at my phone at repairs and he seemed to not even realize my the screen protector was skew. It my right as a customer to get a proper phone. I am still waiting for this to be resolved and seriously am disappointed as this is a brand new phone and I should get what was advertised as well as good out of box purchase. This cost me R6399.00 and I cannot understand who the person is that checked my phone which I do not have and found no issues. I was given an email to contact the general manager and I have received no feedback at all from him.
