Re Post Due to no response

I did a dual contract upgrade on two of my numbers on the 24/24 August 2020 via the upgrade call center with two devices. the devices were delivered to me on the 1 September 2020 by Ram couriers. On receiving my my first statement with the upgrades, I noticed that one of the upgrades done was not on the right number. I immediately phoned the upgrade call center again on the 8 October 2020 with no help, I phoned again on the 9 October 2020 and the agent assured me that the device must be collected to reverse the upgrade on the wrong number and that she will organize for Ram couriers to collect the device from me for the reversal. I phoned the call center again on the 14 October as I still had heard nothing from Ram to collect my device. On the 21st October I again called in and the agent that helped me assured me that he will send the courier to collect the device and gave me a RAM reference number which I found out later refers to my initial delivery, at the same time tried to upgrade the original number with a package and a phone device. On the 2nd November I phoned back yet again after receiving no further communications from Vodacom or RAM, to find out that there still was no progress on the collection and that the phone for the new upgrade was no longer in stock with no ETA, She then redid my upgrade on a device that was in stock. a promise was made that she will get the people to phone me about the collection of the Upgrade device. On the 3 November I phoned the Cancellations department and the operator assisted me and claimed to have escalated this to his manager with all the call references but before the call was done, my call was kicked out of the que to rate the operator. I tried to phone back a few times speaking to operators to assist me to contact the guy that was assisting me, asking them to send my cell number to him to please phone me again, with no further feedback. The same day I relogged the cancellation again at 11:05 with no further results. On the 4th November I phoned yet again and was told that this process has taken to long and that the cancellation can be processed with a R5000 Penalty!!! On the 5th November I tried yet again and was referred to the ********** number to resolve, I was transferred there, only to be told to contact the upgrade center to cancel the initial contract. I again phoned the upgrade center and was told yet again about the R5000 penalty and that the contract upgrade can not be cancelled. i was also promised after much deliberation that she will get the initial team leader for the upgrades to phone me about this. Still to date and time I have not received a call. All I ask for is that someone with managerial authority can phone and assist me with rectifying the original mess and help me to get the upgrade done on the correct number. they can please listen to all the recordings of my phone calls to the different centers. My problem is that there is an Upgrade device on its way to me and the old device still has not been picked up for reversal or cancellation. If needed, I will keep the original device sent to me, if they can just rectify the number upgrade issue. I have had the number for approximately 15years now, and have been a Vodacom client for many more years, I trust that they will be willing to assist me now with this problem
