Re-loaded new contract without my consent

Most Frustrating thing to sort out my account that was "re-loaded" with new contract without my consent.

My account was in arrears - YES

I Was told to get the account up to date for my number will be deleted - with tears in early November 2025, I brought the account up to date - not knowing that I'm actually "settling" my account - I had a remaining period of '12months' to my knowledge!

3 days after payment, I received a phone call from Vodacom to congratulate me on my new device - witch offcourse blew me over, for I haven't received a new device.

Then the frustration started - I have been up and down to a branch, try and get a hold of Vodacom is a lost case!

I have spoken to arrogant assistants, been sent from one division to another - receiving calls for due account, and calls that is just - no one on the other side, dropped calls or simple robot calls!

It has been made clear that a new contract have been activated for another 3 years "if I'm correct" - no new device just airtime and data at a ridiculous monthly payment "same installment as with a device"- wich I have to pay - while since November 2025 trying to reverse the new contract wich I did not consent to.

I have made 1 payment and by now due 2 installments, my phone keeps being cut off and threatened with handover and bad credit - being said I must pay due amount for the contract to be reversed.

I battle to speak to anyone at the call centre - that's if you get through, because the line keeps getting cut and have to explain my issue - only to be sent to another division or to a branch.

It's now 3 months later and No luck on getting my account sorted Being billed and cut off

I have settled my account as instructed Current status of my account is totally unfair and unacceptable.
