RE FUND NOT DONE FROM LAST YEAR

last year from March 23 ***** was commited with my account I disputed this with vodacom and even went to their head office in Midrand. In November I went back after not getting any feedback from them. They then told me they stopped the debit orders and their investigation concluded that they need to refund me and it will be done within 14days,Till today I am still waiting. 2 weeks back I send an email to their ***** department and i still don't have a reply. I need my money back and all the interest I would have earned with the bank.
