RE-CONSIDER USING RAM COURIERS

I'm using this platform as I know you monitor it. I have a huge problem with your courier service RAM and I'd like you to reconsider using them.

I was expecting my upgrade phone yesterday as per RAM's website and sms notification. I received a message from Vodacom last night to say delivery was unsuccessful. The RAM driver was nowhere near our property but returned the phone saying I cancelled it. There was a missed call which I only saw much later in the day. It may have been the driver, I don't know.

I called in and spoke to someone this morning early at Vodacom (a very nice lady on ***) who said she was sending an email to the "back room" to re-instate the order.

What an arrogant thing for RAM's driver to do, now I need to wait until next week for delivery. I've written a review for RAM and sent them an email of complaint. This is ridiculous. With most other couriers the driver does the transaction; with RAM the driver sits in the truck disinterested, while an assistant must get out with the paperwork. It's really pathetic.
