I recently took up a contract with Vodacom and it turns out they gave me someone else's number...I don't mean an unused number, I mean a number that this person was still using, her name is cindlylee

I started receiving calls and texts that are meant for this person. I even received his credit accounts detals

If possible please change this number to my prepaid vodacom number ***

This is the next level of bad service, really Absurd. It's making my life a living hell.

Please sort it out as soon as possible.
