Ray of light service
good day
i would just like to send a huge compliment to a lady named Dora at the vodacom call centre. after days of struggling with my sim swop and speaking to multiple useless people that never gave me proper service, i finally spoke to a lady named Dora, who offered me a call back in the evening and called on the second back to me, she was amazing and advised me what to do to get my problem sorted which it was. Dora should be a trainer and educated other vodacom staff on how to treat their customers, she was truly a ray of light in the dark service we get on a daily basis.
