Raw deal

I app**** for a WiFi connection with your agent Elite Mobile. The contract was to include a router and sim card. I only received a sim card and was told by the delivery guys from Ram couriers that I would receive my router in a separate package.

I then immediately called Elite Mobile and I received shoking news, that I was only approved with a sim card. I then requested that they cancel that contract as I received a raw deal. My account got debited yesterday for an amount of R380 which I disputed because I don't have any contract with Vodacom. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency.
