Rather disappointed

I called Vodacom on the 13/11/2020 to get a settlement quote so that I would know how much i would be paying at the end of the month on average. it was approx R4500 for both my contracts in total. now when i called Vodacom Leroy assited me with quotes which amount to R5266.03 in total. I then called again as I wanted to find out about the previous quotes that I received I spoke to Nkululeko who was being rather rude to me and advised me that the person I spoke to on the 13/11/2020 is a **** cause there are no amts reflecting on the quote. Irrespective if the person did not generate the quote the person is a Vodacom employee, one employee is not suppose to disregard another. The correct process should have been to listen to the call recordings and get to the bottom of this matter. How can i get lower amounts on the 13th and higher quotes now?
