Random Increase in Debit Order Amounts!!
Another disappointment where they just deduct without permission!! Vodacom had again increased my debit order amount for no reason! There was a consultant who called about 2 weeks ago and I specifically told her that I am not interested in anything as I am unemployed - I specifically confirmed my monthly amount at least 3 times and she confirmed. So much for their calls being recorded!! It means nothing. They still do what they want!! I'm so glad I did not take out a new contract and I will not continue with them! I've just had it!
