RAM+ VODACOM HAVE FAILED ME

This is the worst customer service that I have ever expiriencend , I would not recommend Vodacom. Where do I start , I app**** for an online contract with them for two fones ,contracted was approved and this was in the beginning of the month I have still not received my package.I have called them multiple times and no one can give me proper answer to what is happening .Between ram and vodacom someone is lying , this is starting to feel like a **** which is scary due to the fact that they have all my banking details and my Id number and now they know when there is money in my account.I have requested to speak to there manager but no one can seem to put me thorugh to the manager.They have made plenty of empty promises , promised to send me emails , which I have not received one.I have been waiting for delivery from ram since 09.12.25 but some how I have not received anything.I will not make use of them in the future they are quit incompotant and there sales consultants are the worst.I need someone from ram or vodacom to contact me urgently.
