RAM sends package back...so what now?

I would like to get some feedback on where matters stand.

RAM sent my parcel back to Vodacom Warehouse as according to them non-delivery could be made and the long story behind it.

So my question is, I was approved for this contract and it is active according to what I was told.

So you will be running a debit for this contract on the device package I do not have.

So when will it be delivered now?

When will arrangements be made or do we have to run after Vodacom to get questions answered?

I still dont see why the package could not have lefr at the local vodacom shop to be collected over a weekend if the excuse of non third party to sign due to RICA matter.

Please tell me when my contracted package will be sent now?
