Ram pathetic service

Hi I am client a new client who's expecting a good customer experience from your company and all stake holders involved, my complain is about ram , my parcel was out for delivery and knowing that I can't accept parcel I rescheduled for today where I know for sure i will be available, I went out of my way to reschedule and they now did reschedule for my parcel to be delivered today, they are pathetic
