Ram is useless as a courier third party

Please Vodacom Please try using another courier company other than RAM It is utter BULL Did a online upgrade which was seamless But the delivery part (RAM) is useless Always making excuses not to deliver or give me my parcel Im writing this complaint under you to sort this out Its been weeks now
