RAM couriers and Vodacom .... NO JOY

How long do I have to wait for RAM to collect this phone?? The contract was cancelled 3 days after it was delivered...well within the 14 day cancellation policy. It's been a month of calling Vodacom and RAM, and nobody EVER calls me back!<br> Vodacom also confirmed with me that RAM will call me to schedule a collection date, and I was pedantic about this as they delivered without prior confirmation, and luckily I was home, but with collection I was probably going to be in JHB (I live in CT) and it was of utmost importance to confirm prior to collection. Low and behold RAM rocked up at my house while I was in JHB without prior arrangement. I know this because the gate-security at my residence called and notified me.<br> <br> What now?<br> <br>
