RAGMA STEVENS!!! YOU ARE PHENOMENAL

<p>Hey!</p> <p> </p> <p>After two weeks of struggling trying to request information and assistance to retrieve itemized billing from Vodacom with very little hope of actually finding a call centre consultant to assist, I am very happy to report that I have found a consultant who i wish I can always work with when I need assistance. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have spent atleast 20 minutes on a call every time i called over the last fortnight without any luck. I have spoken to a male consultant Thursday last week who promised he would mail me my itemized bill and not receiving the requested info since then I proceeded to contact the call centre again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Little did I know that I was going to be greeted by a fantastic lady called Ragma Stevens who helped me in less than 3 minutes. Ragma, I hope I am spelling you name right. But she was just freaking amazing!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I HOPE AND PRAY THAT EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE THE PROFESSIONALISM AND QUICK THINKING ACTIONS THIS WOMAN HAS!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>RAGMA, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BE CELEBRATED!!!
