****** VODACOM, PIRATE SOFTWARE AND ****************

Firstly, I collected my new laptop after waiting 5 days from the day I ordered my laptop.

Secondly, I was promised to be advised if I may get a laptop prior to this as it was rather urgent and none of the sales guys have stuck to their word about contacting me with regards to this. I was willing to pay the overnight courier costs for a laptop which was available in Welkom at the time.

I then got home and opened the laptop to find that there seems to be a part loose at the back which seems to be rolling around in the laptop and that there's no software(Office) on the laptop as promised together with this device being absolutely slow and freezes at every click. I Contacted the sales guy and was advised that he may give us a pirate version of Office with a crack to use 😳. I tried contacting the sales guy Gracia to advise him about this several times today (10/02/2022) to which I have been ignored and told that he's phone is plugged into the pc for some reason and cannot take calls. I eventually contacted the store and spoke to an "assistant manager" named Themba, I stand to be corrected with regard to he's name. He gives me attitude on the phone to which frustrated me more than I already am and tells me I need to contact HP directly as they have nothing to do with this. He then puts the phone down and laughs at me telling he's team "this idiot calls complaining about he's laptop", the other sales guy being a young coloured guy says "oh that Indian P**S, he must come here we will show him what we do to him" and they continue laughing not knowing that the call is still active.

Vodacom, is this the type of staff you have working for you at your branches, servicing customers?

Pathetic and ********* if you ask me and i will be taking this up further with regards to the ****** comments
