Racial accusations, avoiding the real matter
I have been in contact with Jeetu Kana on a private matter, and requested we sent an item he purchased to 082 Vodacom Boulevard,Corporate Park,2nd Floor,West Wing. Thus doing business under the Vodacom name.

Upon our agreement, we replaced an item, he claimed to be faulty, with a working new unit and he had to return the faulty unit with the courier company.

When the courier company arrived, he refused to returned the item, but accepted the new unit.

When I contacted Jeetu today, he sweared at me below the belt and also claimed that I was being ****** with him.

He did the business while on the Vodacom premises, under the Vodacom corporate address. So my question is.. Is this the way Vodacom Corporate employees treat customers? Making accusations towards them, when they break agreements?

I am a current Vodacom customer, thus I take this kind of behaviour personal and wonder if this is acceptable for their Employees to react while they are doing private business on their premises?

I would really like Vodacom to get involved in this,as I believe this person is affecting the image of Vodacom, and they should not tolerate this kind of behaviour,as their name is now affected.
