R864 for 1 second of data usage

As usual I checked my invoice for the next month to plan ahead and noticed that it was over R2000, when normally only +- R700.<br> <br> Looking over the itemised billing I noticed a charge during July for +R800 for 1 sec data usage and 1.4 million KBs in that one second, which is basically impossible!<br> <br> - Phoned vodacom on the 7th August, they said they cannot see that date yet.<br> - Phoned again 9th August - told me I would be contact within two days<br> - Phoned again 15th August and then I got an sms with a reference number saying that someone will be in contact in 2 days.<br> - 2 days later a message saying it is being investigated.<br> <br> - phone again 24th August...... no help, they just read me the sms I got.<br> <br> - Now it is almost time for my debt order to go off for a ridiculous amount with no help from vodacom at all!!!<br> <br> Anyone know how I can escalate??<br> <br> <br> <br>
