R75 000 ***** on contract now escalated to R122 000 and rising

In July I was alerted to a ***** amounting at that stage to R75 000 on my Vodacom contract. Someone accessed my profile online and amended my details, then obtained 3 phones with 3 SIMS and activated World Wide Roaming. At the end of August Vodacom slapped a debit of R72 630.00 through my banking account! Needless to say I had to go to the bank and have the debit returned. I have been dealing with their ***** department through my Attorney and I received confirmation via email on 21.8.2017 that these **********ly issued lines had been cancelled. I have now received an SMS from their Collections department threatening to suspend my service if I don't pay R47 000, which was run up in September, this AFTER the email of 21 August stating that the lines had been suspended. The service I have received is putrid and I cannot believe that a company like Vodacom cannot swith off a SIM card and reimburse the customer without a lengthly song and dance. I cant believe that their online controls are so weak that a ***** of this nature can happen in the first place. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I WAS NOT ASKED TO AUTHORISE THE ISSUEING OF THESE PHONES GIVEN THAT I AM THE PRIMARY CONTRACT HOLDER. All I ever get from them is a pathetic "we apologise for the inconvenience"
