R699 for an unwanted 200 MB contract

Good Day

Three years ago (March 2013) I took out a contract with Vodacom for a 1 Gig and a laptop bundle for R269 (please note the price) via Dion Wired in Tygervalley. This was a 2 year contract and I signed up for a 2 year contract which means that this contract was supposed to end in March 2015. I then see that Vodacom is debiting R699 per month for 200MB! Can you believe how ridiculous this is! I've been calling Vodacom ( ********** ) to cancel the contract time and time again. After about 18 call centre non-professionals who keep telling me that I renewed my contract until 2018. Everytime I tell them this is not true and then they transfer me to the "Adviser" (my foot!) or they just end the call. I'm being ****** by Vodacom, have not received a quality response as to why they're debitting me SO much for only 200MB. What nonsense is this? SInce when did Vodacom become loan sharks and charge astronomical amounts for mere 200MB??? Why was my contract renewed without my consent? I did not sign anything after 2015??? Apparently in 2014 I renewed my contract (again lies). All I remember was signing in March 2013 at Dion Wired Tygervaller for a 2 year contract, nothing more

So what now? Will Vodacom keep debitting me and everytime I call they just hang up or transfer me to the rating? Of course I rate them lowly yet NOTHING gets done and there's no follow up at all. Will they just keep ignoring me?

I'm too tired of keeping reference numbers and calling for imbecile "Advisers" by name with no hope of being helped???

I wait as Vodacom robs me of an amount I could be spending wisely at another more reliable service provider who are honestly and charge MUCH less for data?
