R6500 accout on a contract supposed to block misus

I entered in a contract with Vodacom for a 10GB monthly account. my computer picked up a virus and downloaded the whole internet. my account was supposed to block this misuse/viral attacks because I asked specifically for the account to be blocked after the 10GB was used. when I phoned the call centre I was informed they cannot help me because the account will only be blocked after R5000 over the limit. the words was \we will not cut you of while you are working"I feel this is a ******* because the contract was not met.
