R60 000 cash sale but sorry no one knows how to sell it to you?

I would like to buy 3 new Samsung S9 tablets. The store line either engaged or it just rings. Been struggling for 2 days. Phoned head office and WOW spoke to 6 people, an hour later, no one can assist me. Cannot even give me a cash price. Put me through to after sales, then to this department then to that department, no one knows how to sell me a cash item. Just the store, who does not answer the phone. WOW. this is a R60 000 sale but no one can assist. What poor service. There is no option for cash sales, no option for complaints, you must go through a 100 prompts for things you do not want just to get to someone who cannot help in anyway. the agents don't even know how or were to put me through. Finally someone phoned back just to say sorry we cannot help you??? Cannot even contact the store to phone me back?? Do you want sales?
