R50 000 ****** from bank account.

On 24 August a vodacom shop sold a twincall card (which duplicates my simcard) to ********* who stole
R50 000 from my internet banking account. The twincall card was sold without proof of my identity. The money was transferred from my home loan account to my current account and they transferred to a Capitec account . Absa was prepared to refund R25 000. I claim the other half from Vodacom because they represented half of my security chain. If they sell twincards without you collecting it with your id then nobody's money is safe any more if ********* get hold of you internet password and if they have a duplicate of your. Police investigation turned up nothing (SAP case nr 695/08/2015). ABSA investigated as well and confirmed *****. I reported it to Vodacom on 24 Aug. 2015, Ref ***. They promised to came back in 4 days. They did not, neither did the sim-swop ***** section. I waited for almost two months and was referred today 23 October to a number dealing with no response on complaints ***. No response. I call on Vodacom to respond today and I was referred to a number to deal with unanswered complaints. No answer!
Cornelius du Toit
