I bought a Mecer laptop Oct 2022 on contract at VODACOM mid 2023 problems started phone Vodacom they referred me to PLATINUIM REPAIRS which I phoned they came collected it end of June 2024 same problem arise they fetched it again two weeks ago KAYLIN phoned me sorry sir we can't repair your laptop but can offer you a SIX MONTH OLD LAPTOP which a customer brought back due to financial constraints ok slap a 12 months warranty on it then I will take it cos my warranty expires 3 months time then I'm at least covered for another 12 months sorry sir we cannot offer you extended warranties are they hiding something an referred me back to VODACOM which referred me to REWARDS CO phoned them sorry sir vodacoms problem.
