R3500.00 Gift Voucher ------ where oh were art thou .......Vodacom?????

On 1 September 2023 I upgraded one of my contracts which is my granddaughters phone. The reason I chose the package because it was cheaper (trying to downgrade which is hard with Vodacom) and it came with a R3500.00 gift voucher. So I have been following up for the last 2 months keep getting the run around,, today I lost it as they tell me no that order was cancelled, so I said well that's funny as I have the new phone, the quote and the receipt from RAM Couriers when they delivered the phone.....well now they are so confused and I have not my ****, I have had eno9ugh been with Vodacom for over 20 years and this is how you get treated. All I want is my gift voucher for R3500.00 as that is going towards spoiling my granddaughters (who lost their mom, my daughter). I will not back down and I want IT NOW!! Not tomorrow or next week I want it NOW!!! Vodacom needs to take responsibility for their mess ups.
