R29 pm charge for email ser ice

I wish I could own a business that decides to change its original agreement with regards to free email service with sim card. They have now given me notice that I will be charged R29 pm. Like it or lump it . Have been with them for over 20 years and they realize that to change service providers is a pain. On top of it, the reception in Bedfordview is useless and have complained many times, but who cares, I have a contract!
