R25811.61 bill in 4 Months

I am so frustrated with Vodacom it is not even funny.<br> <br> I have taken out a contract with them for a Smart S for R499.00 per month. <br> But every month I get a bill anything from R5000 - R7000.<br> <br> So far, they have billed me R25811.61 for 4 months. <br> <br> I am an ordinary person working a normal job. Where do they expect me to get money for this ??<br> I don't understand how it is possible that we use that much data. <br> <br> I signed for a contract for R499.00 a month. But I get billed R5000 and when it gets queried, I get told it is data <br> <br> We were previously with Cell C. The same data was used as it is used now. Never paid more than R800.00 with Cell C. <br> SO how is it possible that Vodacom bills me R5000 and more ??<br> <br> R25811.61 is really ridiculous to spend on a phone. <br> <br> Please credit me and close this account.
